Each Kaleidescape System should have a dealer of record who provides service and support. Usually this is the dealer that originally sold the system and installed it.
If you want to work with a specific dealer, please request the dealer submit a request to Kaleidescape to change the "Dealer of Record".
You can also send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Please include the following information:
- Serial number of your Kaleidescape component(s)
- The dealer you want to set as your "Dealer of Record"
