How do I eject a disc that may be stuck in Kaleidescape Alto or Cinema One?

If a disc is stuck in Kaleidescape Alto or Cinema One (2nd generation) follow these steps to try and eject it: 
  1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the player and wait 10 seconds.
  2. Plug the power cable back in.
  3. Press and hold the Eject button for 5 seconds.
The disc should eject at this point. If the disc does not eject, contact an authorized Kaleidescape dealer.
