I cannot log in to the browser interface. I do not have the passcode or the password.

Strato Systems

If you are unable to log in to the browser interface of your Strato system, make sure the system is connected to the Internet and use the following steps to reset the passcode. The browser interface must be accessed from a device connected to the same local network as the Strato system.

1. Open a web browser and enter:
2. The login screen appears.

3. Select I forgot my passcode. The Forgot Passcode page appears.

4. Select Reset passcode. An email is sent with instructions and a link to reset the passcode.

5. Click the link in the email and the reset process is initiated. Within five minutes, a second email message is delivered with the temporary four-digit passcode.
6. Log in to the browser interface using the temporary passcode.


Premiere Systems

If you are unable to log in to the browser interface of your Premiere system, make sure the system is connected to the Internet and contact an Authorized Kaleidescape Dealer or Kaleidescape Technical Support.
