1) Factory Download Service was requested for this Kaleidescape Strato Movie Player.
2) Please follow the onscreen instructions to register this Strato to an email account that you would like to make purchases with in the future.
3) Send the email address and the Strato serial number to factory-download-service@kaleidescape.com with the subject: Factory Download Service.
4) We will authorize the factory downloaded content during our business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm PT (M - F).
5) You will be able to play the factory downloaded content once we have activated the content in your account and your Strato has connected to the Kaleidescape Store via an Internet connection. You will know the process is complete once you see the movies in your Kaleidescape Movie Store Library and the movies are no longer greyed out on the on-screen display of your Strato.
