What trade-up options are available for a failed server?

Kaleidescape dealers should access the Kaleidescape Dealers Extranet for the most recent trade-up programs and offers.  

Kaleidescape customers should contact their Kaleidescape dealer for trade-up program details and pricing. 

As of 8/1/2020, our current trade-up options are: 

Strato trade-up program: 

Premiere servers can be upgraded to Terra server with 24 or 40 TB of storage. 

Movie players or the M700 disc vault can be upgraded to Strato players (Strato S, Strato C). 

Notes: 

• CSS-protected DVD import license cannot be transferred to Strato players or Terra servers. Imported and cataloged discs may be available for a Disc to Digital conversion on the Kaleidescape store for a nominal price. 

• A trade-up discount may be available.
