When replacing a Premiere server, do the system settings follow the server or the disk cartridges?

On Premiere systems, the settings are stored on the disk cartridge array. Network settings, time zone, browser interface password, System URL (my-kaleidescape), and server Control Protocol Device ID (CPDID) will remain the same if only the server chassis is replaced.
