My Premiere server is glowing blue, but it doesn't work and all disk cartridge lights are off.

You may be able to fix the Premiere server by powering off the server using the front panel button and then powering it back on. If this does not work, then remove the power cord from the rear of the chassis, wait 60 seconds, and re-insert the power cord.
