What is the warranty for Kaleidescape products?

Kaleidescape provides a limited warranty on hardware products, as specified in Section 8 of the Kaleidescape Service and License Agreement at https://www.kaleidescape.com/legal/SLA.pdf.

To obtain service under this limited warranty, you should first contact your dealer.  If you no longer have a dealer, you may contact Kaleidescape by email at support@kaleidescape.com, by telephone at +1 (650) 625-6160, or by mail at Kaleidescape, Inc., Attn.: Support Dept., 295 N. Bernardo Avenue, Suite 100, Mountain View, CA 94043-5205, United States.

No products may be returned to Kaleidescape without an RMA (return authorization) number obtained from Kaleidescape.

Term
Kaleidescape provides a standard 60 month limited warranty for new Strato or Terra hardware products. Kaleidescape provides a standard 36 month limited warranty for new Premiere hardware products. Resale
If a product is resold or transferred, then any remaining warranty coverage transfers to the new owner.
